Renee Tan was a General Manager at Terrapinn Pte Ltd in Asia. She was responsible for business growth, profit and loss accountability, business planning, business development, conference production, operations, marketing and team training.

 

She was engaged with industry leaders, government, associations, institutions, and investors for the past 5 years in sectors such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Mining, Energy, Supply Chain and Logistics, Hedge Funds, and Private Banking amongst many others.

 

She holds a Double Major in Psychology and Marketing at the Singapore Management University. She is currently certified with Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), a national certificate which allows her to facilitate training under the WSQ framework. Renee was active in providing staff training in sales, negotiation, and program production at Terrapinn.

 

She is also active in volunteerism and grassroots’ activities, contributing as a Chairman for the 6th year in the Committee.

 

Renee is the Co-founder and Chief Strategic Officer of Tapidata, in which she is involved in business operations, development and strategies, collaborations, marketing, and customer engagement. She is also the associate trainer for schools in the areas of leadership, motivation, teamwork, time management, memory skills, service learning, and design thinking.

 

Her vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Copywriting, Training and Entrepreneurship provides her with the valuable skills to train industry players on Sales Techniques, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, and Customer Service.
