William has more than 10 years of working experience in aviation, construction and education consulting industries.

 

Other than Singapore,William has worked and lived in China. He has held key roles in the set-up, transition and transformation of businesses, including human resource management for global sales, start-up initiatives and implementation for human resource practices in China. He has a good understanding of the challenges in managing human capital and efficient deployment.

He has a degree in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University, UK.
