Dr Gao De is a Lean Six Sigma consultant. In this capacity, Dr Gao provides Lean six sigma training and project consulting to clients in multi-industries.The industries include Machinery, Medical and Chemical, Electronic, Banking Services and Manufacturing. Dr Gao has almost 20 years of operations management experience working with Multi-National Companies and local Small Medium Enterprises.

The vast experiences of Dr Gao enabled successful Lean Sigma and process improvement at large corporations like ABB Security, TDK, Lenovo Mobile, Kodak, Huawei, Hisense Kelon, Panasonic, GE Health, China Mobile and John Deere. Dr Gao has successful Lean Sigma engagements with banking and finance corporations which include China Merchants Bank, Bank of Communication,  China Taiping and China Unionpay.

 

Prior to the current role, Dr Gao was the Vice General Manager of Innovation Excellence Growth (IEG). Previously, he was Chief Lean Six Sigma Consultant and Deputy GM of Young Associates Inc. Dr Gao's first work experience was with Kodak as their Senior Process & Product Engineer, QC Manager and Greater Asia Region Quality Training Manager.

Dr Gao received his Ph.D in Technology Economy and Management from Xiamen University. He obtained his Master of Business Administration in 2007 also from Xiamen University. His Bachelor Degree is in Chemistry from Sun Yat-sen University. Dr Gao is proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese. He publish papers in operations management and lean sigma.
