Augustine, whose life mission is to make a positive difference, has in the most recent 14 years been listening, and interacting with PMETS from various industries both in the Public Service and Private sector. Individually and as a group, Augustine focuses on making a positive impact through engaging experiential training workshops and inspiring life changing coaching sessions.
As a staff development consultant he has also partnered with clients to conduct training needs analysis and design training programmes to enhance personal and professional effectiveness of staff in various organisations.
Previously he had 22 years of management and coaching experience with an international organisation. He was involved strategic planning, financial management, staff recruitment, supervision and development. During his tenure he also managed several major conferences, and conducted a variety of staff development programme which included Counselling, Enhancing Inter-Personal Relationships, Effective Personal Management, and Facilitation Skills. His other experiences included conducting pre-marital counselling, crisis counselling and personal coaching of many of his staff.
He has a Masters of Arts, and BSc (Hons) from Columbia International University, USA. He is also certified Life Skills Coach, and also certified in the use of DISC Behavioural Analysis, the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) and Birkman First Look.
Since 1999 Augustine has conducted training workshops and seminars for senior management professionals, managers, executives, technicians, frontline customer service officers from from highly esteemed organisations like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, The Civil Service College, Defence Science & Technology Agency, Public Utilities Board, American Express Inc., Singapore Institute of Management, Republic of Singapore Air Force, Energy Market Authority, Mobile1, Singapore Press Holdings, MINDEF and Singapore Police Force. In the educational sector, he works with principals, teachers, and students from primary to tertiary institutions.
