2017年6月30日: 我们举办了生产力系列:通过加强客户服务来协调业务绩效我们与SME Centre@SICCI合作组织。客户满意度是每个公司为了在当今竞争环境中维持业务而努力实现的最重要的要素之一。由于数据,分析和决策,中小企业必须为客户满意度管理体系建立坚实的基础。

Curtin University celebrated 50 Years of Innovation at the Residence of the Australian High Commissioner on 2 October. That's 50 years since the first students commenced at our predecessor institution, the Western Australian Institute of Technology (WAIT), back in 1967. A delegation of senior Curtin staff, including Mr Colin Beckett, Chancellor and Professor John Cordery, Provost and Acting Vice-Chancellor were in Singapore for the celebration. It was a great opportunity for graduates from all fields of study and sharing some of Curtin's recent news and developments. There were good Australian wines and nice tasting finger food for all. The turn-out was encouraging.

Flexible work arrangements can create a more family-friendly workplace. It also help employers to attract and retain talent. In order to further support enterprises to adopt a flexible working system, the Ministry of Manpower and partners have introduced the standards of labor, labor and flexible work, and listed the relevant regulations for employers and staffs with flexible working conditions.Singapore workers will be offered more flexi-work options, like choosing when to start and finish work, under a new scheme launched on Oct 6. While voluntary, the initiative requires employers to a make a public commitment to a set of good practices if they adopt the tripartite standard on flexible work arrangements. More than 250 companies employing 210,000 workers have adopted the tripartite standard. The Second Minister for Manpower Mrs Josephine Teo was at the launch ceremony in Feinmetall, an electronics manufacturing company. At the launch, Mrs Teo interacted with the company's staff on their Flexible Work Arrangement implementation experience. It provided an understanding of the benefits of flexible work for staff and employers. She pointed out that although the government encourages enterprises to implement a flexible working system in the workplace but because of different companies variations in their set-ups and needs, blanket rules on flexi-work may not work well. Companies can develop flexible work systems for their organisation and staff suit their employees' needs as well as their business operations."

灵活工作制不仅让职员在工作和家庭生活取得平衡,也有助雇主吸引并留住人才。为进一步支持企业采纳灵活工作制,人力部同合作伙伴就推出劳资政灵活工作制标准,为雇主和职员列出灵活工作制的相关条例。目前加入推行标准的公司超过250家,其中约五分之一是中小型企业。预计21万职员也将从中受益。人力部第二部长杨莉明在电子公司Feinmetall主持推介仪式时,同在场公司职员互动交流。了解灵活工作制为职员和雇主所带来的益处。她也指出,尽管政府鼓励企业在职场推行灵活工作制,不过由于不同公司情况各异,无法硬性规定。公司可根据自身需求和规划,制定适合公司和职员的灵活工作制。

2017年科廷大学毕业典礼是在新加坡的星光剧院举行。科廷大学新加坡2017毕业典礼有450名的毕业生。这包括中国毕业。在礼堂内,来自全球各地的老师和学生齐聚一堂,见证一位位毕业生成为瞩目焦点的时刻。礼堂外,沉稳自信的毕业生们手捧鲜花,与亲友同框纪念在校园内的最后时光。尤其值得一提的是,在这一届毕业典礼中,我们捕捉到了众多中国毕业生的身影,她们在镜头下微笑自如,言谈举止间尽显自信。有两位学生已进入澳洲八大之一莫纳什大学;再比如下图中间这位周同学,毕业于科廷新加坡的金牌商科课程之一物流和供应链管理,目前在联通实习,明年2月将赴“澳洲第一校”悉尼大学。部分学子则已经或即将步入职场,在金融、商业等领域的企业机构中身居要职。比如刘同学,毕业于我们另一金牌课程金融与市场营销,目前加入文投集团旗下的文投嘉华投资基金管理公司,担任投资经理。类似的是,去年的一批中国毕业生也经过重重选拔,顺利进入了新加坡国立大学等名校,或加入华为等名企。可见,科廷新加坡不仅是通往其他世界名校的黄金跳板,也是走进大型企业机构的敲门砖!拿着由澳洲主校区颁发的科廷大学毕业证书,我们的毕业生们有似锦前程可奔赴,亦有如梦岁月可回首。在毕业典礼结束之际,毕业生们的上空洒下一片金黄,代表着科廷新加坡对一届届学子的祝愿:愿你们出走半生,披荆斩棘,满载辉煌,归来仍是科廷少年!
